Shipping options, destinations, delivery estimates and applicable fees are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1\u20133 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. During launches, promotions or peak periods, preparation may take a little longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery estimates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the service selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may be affected by weather, carrier disruption, customs processing or other events outside our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tracking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order after dispatch. Please allow the carrier time to register the first scan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customs, duties and taxes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery issues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your parcel arrives damaged, appears delayed or is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact us through the <a href=\"https:\/\/nolvairc.com\/zh_CN\/contact-us\/\">NOLVA Contact page<\/a> with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to investigate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Address changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please review your delivery address carefully before placing an order.
