If something is not right, please contact us through our <a href=\"https:\/\/nolvairc.com\/zh_CN\/contact-us\/\">Contact page<\/a> before sending an item back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, protective materials and accessories included. We may decline a return if an item shows signs of use, damage or missing packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fragrance and hygiene items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Sealed fragrance products may be eligible under the general return conditions above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-returnable items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged after delivery.<\/li><li>Opened fragrance or personal-care products.<\/li><li>Gift cards, personalised items and final-sale items.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5\u201310 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until the return is complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged or incorrect orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the packaging and item. We will review the issue and arrange the most appropriate solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellations and exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation requests can be considered before an order is dispatched.
