Dial: The dial presents a captivating, almost otherworldly tableau that appears plucked from emojis' vibrant realm. It originates from a radiant rainbow and gracefully concludes within a cloud. Positioned atop this spectacle, a petite second hand adorned with a lightning bolt and a sun at its tips whimsically alters the weather with each passing minute.
